Mindrift is seeking an AI Red Team Engineer to contribute to the ethical development and security of generative AI models. The role involves evaluating AI models, creating security tests, leading security research, and providing security guidance. This is a flexible, part-time remote position focused on real-world AI applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or related field
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
- Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD security tools (Docker)
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing and vulnerability testing
- Knowledge of AI model vulnerabilities (prompt injections, LLMs)
- Familiarity with AI red-teaming frameworks (garak, PyRIT)
- Experience with security of AI agents
- Advanced experience in network and application security
- Skills in reverse engineering and OS security
- Familiarity with secure coding practices
