Freelance AI Red Team Engineer

Mindrift is seeking a Freelance AI Red Team Engineer to join their team and contribute to the ethical development of Generative AI. This role involves evaluating and improving AI models, creating test cases, and leading security research within the AI safety context. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunity to work on advanced AI projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD security tools.
• Experience with penetration testing across web, API, network, and infrastructure environments.
