Job Description
We are seeking two Solicitors to join our Corporate & Registries team in Wellington. The roles involve providing high-quality advice on a wide range of legal issues, with opportunities to work across different regulatory regimes. Ideal candidates will have experience in public law, regulatory and operational legal matters, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in law and a current practising certificate (or eligible to hold one)
- At least 3 years PQE, with public law expertise and an understanding of the mechanisms of government
- Experience or interest in advising on regulatory and operational legal matters
- Well-developed written and verbal communication abilities
- The ability to deliver successful outcomes in a demanding environment
- Strong relationship management skills and an ability to work well with others
- Sound legal technical skills
- Legal right to live and work in New Zealand
