Job Description
Mintel is seeking a Client Success Executive to provide reactive and proactive client support to its global client base. The role will support clients in APAC and EMEA, and involve responding to ad-hoc client requests, creating recurring client newsletters, collaborating with Client Success Managers, and providing live chat support.
Requirements
- Strong academic or professional background in analyzing data, insights, and market research
- Experience working with SaaS platforms such as Mixpanel and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Polished verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative to solve problems and uncover opportunities
- Passion for client service and willingness to help clients achieve success
