Job Description
The Entertainment Technical Manager oversees the day-to-day operation and maintenance of AVLP and special effects at various sites managed by Miral Experiences. This role involves daily inspections, corrective action, technical recommendations, team management, vendor selection, and ensuring project delivery meets standards. The position also includes HR support, appraisal management, and the oversight of a large team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the AVLP or Maintenance Department
- Hands on installation experience
- Related technical qualification
- Proven ability in trouble shooting
- Proven ability in day to day operational management
- Problem solving skills
- Able to adhere to strict timelines
- Clear understanding of both written and spoken English
- Computer skills
- Ability to understand one line drawings and schematics
- Ability to lift at least 25 kg
- Supervision of large teams with a minimum of 30 across multiple venues on one site
