This Project Manager role involves planning, directing, and coordinating construction and maintenance activities. Requirements
- Five (5) years industry experience supervising construction projects of increasing complexity
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience as a commercial construction Project Manager
- A bachelor's degree or higher in business or construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and mentorship
