Job Description
Veneklasen Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, directing, and budgeting of construction projects. The role involves coordination of activities, construction scheduling, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The company values customer satisfaction and employee well-being.
Requirements
- Plan and coordinate construction from preconstruction to closeout.
- Assist in estimating projects with quantity take-offs and bid proposals.
- Develop preliminary design and schedule through the project planning process.
- Execute subcontractor Purchase Orders and manage budget.
- Manage project through administrative direction of superintendent.
- Investigate and implement corrective actions.
- Represent the company in progress and safety meetings.
- Assist with the construction close-out and evaluation.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Procore, Sage Timberline).
