Lead the evolution of marketing analytics at Miro, transitioning from centralized support to a focused, high-impact function partnering with all marketing functions. Scale the team while delivering immediate value through improved measurement, attribution, and insights.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing analytics or data science, with 4+ years in leadership building or scaling analytics functions
- Deep expertise in PLG and B2B marketing analytics including self-serve funnels, activation, lead scoring, and pipeline attribution
- Proven track record with attribution frameworks, KPI systems, and experimentation programs (A/B testing, MMM, MTA)
- Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Looker/Tableau, dbt, and Python/R
- Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks (Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, Google Analytics) and cross-system data flows
