Job Description
Helpdesk Specialist provides technical assistance, troubleshoots issues, and offers advice to solve technical problems. An excellent Helpdesk Specialist must have good technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and be customer-oriented.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent years of hands-on experience
- At least 3 years of experience
- Above average knowledge of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP
- Proven experience as a help desk specialist or other customer support role
- Proficiency in English
- CompTIA A+ certification
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate on Windows 10
