Collection Operations Recovery and Field Team Leader responsible for managing in-house team and overseeing recovery and collections activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years Previous recovery or field collection services team leader experience managing consumer loan collections
- Experience in Banking, Telecom or E-commerce collecting customer debt
- Have Diploma or degree
- Knowledge of collections regulations and the Fair Debt Collection Act
