Job Description
MCS is hiring a Low Voltage Cable Technician for a full-time position in Orlando, FL. The technician will install various devices, read prints, and follow directions. They must have good communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work in a team setting.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Florida State JLA (Jessica Lunsford Act) Badge
- 2+ years in a Tech Role
- 2+ years’ experience in the commercial building construction industry related to: Structured Cabling, Security, Access Control, CCTV, A/V, Paging. Nurse Call, Sound Masking
- Reliable transportation
- Own hand tools
- Ability to stand, kneel and crouch for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Ability to work in high places and in confined places
