Job Description
Mission Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse Case Manager / RNCM to provide skilled nursing care and support to hospice patients in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in home and facility settings.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year recent nursing experience
- Hospice or palliative care experience preferred
- Experience with case management and/or hospice admissions strongly preferred
