We are looking for a Head of Direct Sales to lead our sales teams in Germany and achieve business success within our global organization.
Requirements
- Full ownership of sales targets and operational KPIs for Direct Sales in the German market
- Leading three sales teams with a total of approx. 25 sales professionals
- Direct revenue responsibility for an annual order volume of around €180 million
- Setting individual targets and coaching team members in alignment with corporate objectives
- Operational responsibility for forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly), market analysis, and sales strategies
- Hands-on involvement in key customer negotiations and strategic relationship management
- Identifying and implementing new sales approaches while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strategic planning with a long-term business focus
- Removing operational obstacles to enable team success
