Mitsogo is seeking a proactive and skilled Python Web Developer to join their Customer Active Response Team (CART). The team is responsible for addressing and resolving customer-reported issues. The role requires strong proficiency in Python, experience with Python frameworks, and ability to work under pressure.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in debugging and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Hands-on experience in Team handling
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend systems, and log analysis
- Experience with SQL and working with relational databases
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quick, reliable fixes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in customer support engineering or incident response roles
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS
