Presales Implementation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Presales Implementation Engineer with experience in the Cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, or Patch Management solutions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM (Mobile Device Management), RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), or Patch Management tools.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management, remote monitoring, and patching.
• Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as AirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
• Hands-on experience in presales activities, including customer engagements, presentations, and demos.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage customer expectations, solve problems quickly, and work under pressure.
• Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
