Job Description
PMO Training & Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for building a structured learning ecosystem for project managers and related roles, from first-day onboarding through ongoing development. The role combines practical project management experience with strong instructional design skills to translate real-world delivery needs into clear, engaging learning experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO, Learning & Development, or similar role
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable analyzing data and using metrics to measure success
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams
