Chief of Staff

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the Founder to support Mitti Labs through its next phase of growth. This is a strategy-oriented, high-ownership role designed to extend the Founder’s capacity across fundraising, company scaling, and execution of the most critical initiatives.

Requirements

• High-growth startup experience (Chief of Staff, Ops, Strategy, or early leadership role)
• Top-tier finance, consulting, or investing background with strong execution instincts
• Extremely hard-working, with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and switching contexts quickly
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• High judgment, discretion, and ability to earn trust
• Motivated by impact, learning, and responsibility rather than narrow role definitions
