Job Description
We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the Founder to support Mitti Labs through its next phase of growth, focusing on capital raising, strategy, and execution of critical initiatives.
Requirements
- Strategy-oriented role designed to extend the Founder's capacity
- Support in fundraising, company scaling, and execution of critical initiatives
- Preparation of strategy and board materials, hiring and organizational scale-up, and cross-functional projects
- Experience in high-growth startups, top-tier finance, consulting, or investing with strong execution instincts
- Hard-working, with a strong sense of ownership and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Strong analytical and written communication skills, high judgment, discretion, and ability to earn trust
- Motivated by impact, learning, and responsibility rather than narrow role definitions
