Senior People Partner

Mixpanel is an event analytics platform that needs a Senior People Partner to drive people initiatives, provide strategic HR consultation, and optimize processes to drive business results. The ideal candidate is an experienced consultant with a broad understanding of HR and the ability to influence leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary People Business Partner for Mixpanel’s EPD and G&A teams
• Build strong relationships with department leaders and influence strategic people decisions
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives
• Partner with leadership to drive performance management, employee engagement, and feedback cycles
• Coach leaders through complex employee relations and change management matters
• Work on all aspects of change management, from strategy and design to implementation and communications
• Analyze people data to identify trends and offer actionable recommendations
• Collaborate closely with peers in Total Rewards, Recruiting, L&D, and DEIB
• Support career pathing, leveling frameworks, and role clarity
• Investigate and resolve employee relations matters
• Drive high-impact programs that support culture, belonging, and employee development
• Champion and embed Mixpanel’s values across all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle
