Solutions Engineer role at Mixpanel, responsible for presenting the value of Mixpanel's capabilities to prospects, collaborating with Account Executives, and delivering customized demos for prospects.
Requirements
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for prospects
- Effectively communicate and consult at all levels of the customer's organization
- Bridge the technical-business gap with your prospect
- Utilize your Mixpanel knowledge and technical and consultative skills to impart best practices throughout proof of concept projects
- Partner with Account Executives to drive revenue growth
- Develop relationships and uncover the needs of key technical stakeholders within your assigned book of business
- Complete RFP's and Security Questionnaires
- Work cross-functionally with different organizations such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Legal
- Actively utilize Salesforce to track deal activity and customer requirements
- Be the “Voice of the Prospect” by collecting feedback from potential Mixpanel customers and delivering to the Product team
