Job Description
Easyplant is seeking a Senior Material Planner to build and maintain a detailed material plan that anticipates and optimizes the company's stock levels and smooths out peaks and troughs in demand. This role involves forecasting, supplier management, coordination with procurement, and continuously improving planning accuracy and efficiency to support business launches and ongoing operations.
Requirements
- Combine analytical thinking with strong execution judgment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience with planning in high-SKU, multi-site supply chains (ideally DTC, CPG or agtech/horticulture)
- Experience with NetSuite, MRP systems, or custom planning logic.
- Understanding of S&OP and demand forecasting models.
- Collaborative approach to working with different teams.
