Requirements
- Lead and manage the Information Technology (IT) Security and Risk Management Team
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of IT risks
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements as well as the Bank's procedures, standards and policies and guidelines
- Define security requirements and conduct thorough security testing for all System Development projects
- Proactively monitor and respond to security incidents, coordinate detailed investigations, and ensure timely resolution and reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Manage and optimize security technologies and tools (e.g. firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection), ensuring their effective and efficient operation
- Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes, and adapt security strategies accordingly to maintain robust protection
- Prepare and present comprehensive security and risk reports to the IT Head, Management, and Regional / Head Office
