The Head of Sales role is a critical player-coach role, responsible for driving strategy and partnerships with financial institutions and crypto ecosystems. The role requires a strong team leadership and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading/executing strategies in fintech, banking, corporate, and payments sectors.
• Experience setting and exceeding revenue targets while maintaining pipeline health.
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with finance leaders.
• Experience partnering with product and customer success.
• Ability to instill a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
