Job Description
We are seeking a senior, high-impact Director of Banking Sales to drive commercial growth and lead our go-to-market strategy for the banking segment.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise sales or partnership roles with a direct focus on financial institutions
- Strong existing relationships across U.S. banks (Tier 1, regional, and community)
- Solid understanding of how banks operate, including core banking systems, payment rails, compliance, and treasury operations
- Proven success designing sales strategies, structuring complex deals, and working cross-functionally to deliver client-ready solutions
