MN Custom Homes is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead a team responsible for designing, engineering, and documenting civil infrastructure for luxury single-family home projects. This role involves leading a team, implementing strategic plans, and collaborating with other teams. The position requires a strong technical background and a dedication to quality, client satisfaction, and employee success. This is a primary-level position within MN Custom Homes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years post-degree experience in a civil engineering role
• 4+ years experience managing and inspiring a team of Civil Engineers and Drafters
• Working in a public works environment
• Willingness to drive and use personal vehicle for business travel
