At MNTN, we're looking for a Sales Development Manager to guide, coach, and mentor a diverse Sales Development team. The ideal candidate has previous SDR experience, a passion for 'top of funnel' strategies, and a proven track record of establishing and achieving measurable goals.
Requirements
- Previous SDR experience regularly exceeding quota at a SaaS company
- Proven track record establishing, achieving, or exceeding measurable goals
- Effective communication, business acumen, organizational, and time management skills
- Robust reporting and analytics skills using Salesforce CRM, Atrium, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, Excel, and equivalent tools
- Created sales development processes including prospecting strategy, sales playbooks, and onboarding programs
- Experience managing a geographically dispersed SDR team
