Engineer Lead

We're looking for an Engineering Lead to guide and grow our engineering team, set technical direction, and ensure our systems can scale with future demands.

Requirements

• Lead & Mentor: Coach engineers, foster a culture of ownership and innovation, and guide the team to deliver high-quality solutions at speed.
• Architect for Scale: Design and maintain a robust, cloud-native architecture that can support multiple products and evolving AI-driven features.
• Shape the AI-Native Product: Work closely with AI Engineers and Product Managers to ensure the new product is built on a solid technical foundation.
• Stay Hands-On: Contribute to code and architecture reviews, and step in for complex problem-solving where your expertise adds leverage.
• Drive Quality & Delivery: Champion CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and performance best practices to ensure reliable, scalable products.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Design, and AI teams to align technical decisions with business goals and customer needs.
