As a Facilities Specialist, you will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of company facilities and grounds, managing subordinates, and maintaining the MOBIS facility HVAC, Electrical, Lighting, Painting and other facility issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) for work orders
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Project management experience in the facility and construction field required
- Ability to use standard hand and power tools and practices of the carious trades such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fabrication, HVAC and welding required
- Multi-site experience preferred
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the mechanical and building trades required
- Bilingual in Korean/English (preferred)
- Equivalent Certifications and 2+ years of facility maintenance experience (preferred)
