Team Member, Facilities

The Facilities Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing repairs to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ordering supplies and parts, and maintaining the overall appearance of Mobis Savannah facilities both inside and outside.

Requirements

• Perform electrical inspections and repairs to maintain buildings and equipment in safe condition
• Maintain the overall appearance of the facilities both inside and outside
• Repair, modify, construct, fabricate, install and maintain building structures and equipment
• Replace or update inoperable or old building materials and appliances
• Inspect facilities equipment, systems and work with vendors to determine condition of facilities, safe operation of equipment, quality and safety of work, and scheduled maintenance
• Repair, replace or install plumbing systems and components
• Remove, relocate, repair, install and test electrical equipment
• Paint various structures and equipment
• Remove plumbing blockages to restroom and break room areas
• Install, patch, sand and paint sheetrock and drywall
• Replace and repair ceiling tiles
• Install signage on buildings and fences
• Install, repair or replace appliances
• Adjust and calibrate thermostats, pneumatic controls, HVAC and electric energy management systems
