Job Description
Mode Mobile is looking for a Sr. Frontend Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of user-facing features across Trimbox's web and mobile surfaces. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of frontend engineering experience, expertise in React Native + TypeScript, and a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and modern frontend patterns.
Requirements
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React Native + TypeScript
- Production experience with React Native or ReactJS
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and modern frontend patterns
- Experience integrating UI with APIs (REST, real-time, or event-based)
- Familiarity with mobile UI patterns on Android/iOS
- Experience optimizing performance, accessibility, and rendering efficiency
- Experience with visual debugging, error monitoring, and analytics tools
- Preferred: Experience designing and implementing responsive inbox or email-related UI, building mobile apps with Expo platform, and working in Node-based frontend build environments
