UA Manager (Remote)

Mode Mobile is building a family of apps that reward users for engaging with content, games, and communities they love. We're seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale paid acquisition efforts for a soon-to-be-acquired viral social platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile UA buying, ideally for consumer social, creator tools, community apps, or Gen Z-first products.
• Proven experience running campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other social channels
• Experience managing or collaborating with creators, influencers, and content partners
• Strong fluency in Gen Z culture: TikTok trends, meme formats, confession culture, authenticity movement, and social discourse.
• Experience managing or supporting organic social accounts for youth-leaning brands is a plus.
