In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on the RCM operations for our enterprise-sized medical practice clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Medical billing and coding certification preferred
- Proven experience in a client or practice-facing role, managing the revenue cycle management performance for large medical practices (15+ providers) required
- 3+ years of related physician billing medical/RCM experience with experience developing and presenting revenue cycle management KPIs and month-end reports required, preferably to executive leaders
- Extensive knowledge of medical billing/coding, physician practice management, and healthcare business processes
- Advanced Excel skills such as the ability to use formulas to analyze data, create tables and pivot tables, formatting and conditional formatting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Professional demeanor required
