The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist role is essential in establishing the organization at the forefront of sales excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS company
- PMP and/or ATD Certification a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in using training software, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and personalities within the sales team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
