We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team in Florida and work on ModMed's Integrations and Interoperability Healthcare offerings.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain software systems in the area of ownership and ensure that they meet business objectives.
- Ensure deliverables meet the functional and non-functional criteria, and drive changes proactively where outcomes are misaligned.
- Align development efforts with business objectives by collaborating closely with senior engineers and cross-functional team members across geos.
- Identify and implement best practices for efficient operational processes or technical solutions that elevate the team's performance
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by guiding other engineers through design, code, and operational reviews.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to junior engineers.
