Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for UK high value payments, including strategy, roadmap creation, delivery, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of UK payment schemes, particularly CHAPS, and experience in product management within financial services or fintech.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years' experience in Product Management within financial services or fintech
- Deep understanding of UK payment schemes, particularly the CHAPS operational models
- Proven experience managing relationships with suppliers, scheme, sponsoring banks, and payment service providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with ISO20022 messaging formats and flow
- Understanding of Open Banking and emerging UK payment initiatives
