Senior Product Manager - Bacs/Faster Payments

Senior Product Manager - Bacs/Faster Payments role in London. We are looking for a product manager with a deep understanding of Bacs and Faster Payments to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for UK domestic payments.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management within financial services or fintech, ideally in relation to Bacs and Faster Payment schemes
• Deep understanding of UK payment schemes, their operational models, governance and compliance frameworks
• Proven experience managing relationships including suppliers, scheme, sponsoring banks, and payment service providers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to inform decisions and measure success
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, compliance)
• Familiarity with ISO 8538, 20022, Bacs STD18 messaging formats and flows, and API-based payment integration is a plus
