Join Us as Our Growth Operations Specialist. We’re looking for a results-driven Growth Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our go-to-market team, optimizing sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and CRM workflows to support scalable, predictable growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in sales, growth, or revenue operations
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM, integrations, and workflow automation
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing end-to-end GTM systems
- Strong understanding of revenue modeling, pricing, and forecasting rigor
