Machine Operator I - 12hr Nights

Mohawk Industries is looking for a Machine Operator I to work in a 12-hour night shift position. The successful candidate will be responsible for material movement, machinery operations, quality inspections, and production processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior forklift experience
• Experience in production processes involving paper or chemical handling
• Computer literacy, including Excel skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to work independently
