Machine Operator I - 12hr Nights

Mohawk Industries is a leading global flooring manufacturer seeking a Machine Operator I to assist in packaging of laminate flooring panels and operate automated industrial machinery components.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• 1+ year familiarity with production mechanical systems preferred
• 1+ year training in quality processes or procedures preferred
• Proficient computer literacy necessary to complete various tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot independently through use of problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting, including communication with various other Departments via radio, phone, and in-person conversations
