Machine Operator I - Cutting and Milling Department

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Machine Operator I - Cutting and Milling Department to assist in manufacturing of laminate flooring panels by training to operate various automated industrial machinery components.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing setting
• 1+ year familiarity with production mechanical systems
• 1+ year training in quality processes or procedures
• Proficient computer literacy
• Ability to troubleshoot independently through use of problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
