The Clinical Team Leader will establish, administer, and direct a Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Program. This role involves overseeing daily clinical operations, staffing, evaluating treatment, ensuring client care, and advocating for mental health services within the criminal justice system. The role requires a strong commitment to treatment, rehabilitation, and client-centered care.
Requirements
- NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor required.
- Three years’ experience working with individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). Experience working on an ACT or FACT Team, preferred.
- Experience with the criminal justice systems and an understanding of how the service recipients are impacted.
- Valid and insurable NYS driver’s license.
- Own vehicle to use for business purposes.
- Agency vehicles are available for individual transportation.
