Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator will lead a team of 'can-do' people, merging cutting-edge innovation with research to reduce disparities in mental health and substance use problems. The role involves clinical coordination, team leadership, training, and evaluation of professional staff, focusing on services delivered at the integrated OASAS 822 and Article 31 Outpatient Mental Health Clinic serving adults with substance use disorders and mental illness. This position is based at the integrated OASAS 822 and Article 31 Outpatient Mental Health Clinic.
Requirements
- Assist in establishing effective and efficient operations in accordance with ENGAGE regulations.
- Lead in the clinical coordination of Community Mental Wellness Workers (CMWW).
- Supervise team members, conduct clinical supervision, and manage data reporting.
- Build relationships with S:US programs.
- Manage client crises and on-site/offsite emergencies.
- Monitor data integrity for clinical accuracy.
