Job Description
MOIA is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Expert to shape its People & Relations strategy. The role involves managing global pay structures, benefits offerings, and analytics for autonomous mobility, working with teams and stakeholders to create a fair and competitive rewards system. This position involves collaborative strategy development and ensuring compliance with labor laws and social security regulations.
Requirements
- Several years in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards in a tech, product, or multi-function environment with scaling needs.
- Demonstrated experience designing job architecture, benchmarking, salary bands, and comp cycles.
- Strong reward analytics skills (survey data, regression, pay-equity & range utilization).
- Comfortable steering senior stakeholders and driving decisions with clear narratives and numbers.
