The colleague supports the daily operation of the customer service activity supporting the Waste Management Public Service, actively participates in the handling of operational issues and contributes to the implementation of long-term strategies aimed at achieving the most efficient and effective operation with the aim of improving the customer experience.
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in customer service process development and knowledge of MS Visio
- Intermediate level (B2) English language skills
- Complex thinking style, rapid problem-solving ability, and accuracy
- Familiarity with IT systems at least at the user level
- Knowledge of customer service systems and software (SAP, Salesforce, DMS One) an advantage
- Experience in the waste management sector an advantage
