Digital Factory is looking for a Junior Mobile Backend Software Engineer to join their dynamic development team. The role involves developing and maintaining backend services for mobile applications using Java and Spring Boot, implementing RESTful APIs, and collaborating with front-end mobile developers. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- University or college degree with specialization in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in software development, particularly in Java backend development in RESTful API implementation and backend system integration
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java and experience with Spring Boot framework
- Understanding of RESTful API design principles and hands-on experience in building APIs
- Exposure to version control systems, preferably Git
- Experience with tools like Postman, Swagger, and basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Salesforce.com / core and CRM system knowledge is a plus
- Professional usage of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Proactive mindset with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership, and team mentality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work, and security in development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English for cross-functional collaboration
