Job Description
As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering successful client implementation & onboarding of a E/CTRM solution. You will be responsible for configuring our SaaS platform to meet client requirements, performing light scripting and data-related tasks, and acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in implementing SaaS solutions or enterprise applications
- 3+ years of experience in energy consulting
- Understanding of energy markets, particularly power and carbon trading
- Strong SQL skills (must have) for data queries, validation, and reporting
