We are looking for an Account Manager to develop and grow our Wound Care business in Belgium. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, identifying growth opportunities, and executing account strategies that deliver sustainable results.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, ideally within healthcare or medical devices
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage accounts independently
- Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute in a structured way
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage for the Belgian market
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the territory
