The role will lead and direct the country organization to achieve revenue targets and grow the organization in accordance with global company targets. As a global medical solutions company, Mölnlycke designs and delivers innovative products and services across wound care, operating room solutions, gloves, and antiseptics.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior healthcare/medical device sales management role.
- Strong leadership, people management and influencing skills with the ability to inspire others and build effective teams.
- University degree, Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent local language and English Language Skills.
- Understanding of the healthcare market dynamics, procurement landscape, tenders and contracts.
- Understanding of the healthcare medical device market.
- Knowledge of the health economics and financing of hospitals.
