Director, People Partner

Moloco is looking for a Director, People Partner to advise and coach critical executive leaders. The role involves organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and talent planning.

Requirements

• 14+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience
• 3+ years partnering directly with C-suite or SVP-level leaders
• Strong business acumen with experience supporting corporate functions and product/GTM organizations
• Deep expertise in org design, talent planning, workforce strategy, and change leadership
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and executive coaching ability
