Moloco is seeking an experienced people manager and commercial leader to own and scale business development for Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) across the Americas.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and scaling business development, partnerships, or sales teams in ad tech, commerce media, SaaS, or adjacent technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of commerce media, retail media networks, or performance advertising ecosystems.
- Ability to lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving technical products and senior executive stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the operational rigor to build processes, forecasts, and repeatable GTM motions.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence product direction and internal prioritization.
